Core Traits of A Luxury Ceiling Fan
-
Superior Materials: Built with high-grade metals, hand-carved solid woods, Spanish alabaster, or custom finishes that age gracefully without peeling or fading.
-
Silent Engineering: Uses advanced DC or brushless DC (BLDC) motors that operate at near-silent levels (often under 30dB) with zero blade wobble or humming.
-
Advanced Illumination: Features integrated, dimmable LED arrays with tunable white light, offering separate uplighting and downlighting to layer a room's ambiance.
-
Smart Integration: Seamlessly connects with home automation systems, remote controls, smartphone apps, or voice assistants for precise climate control.
-
Artistic Presence: Designed as a distinct statement piece or sculptural element rather than a standard overhead appliance

Quality & Durability
The build quality of a fan refers to the durability, material composition, manufacturing tolerances, and engineering precision of its internal and external components. It determines how long a fan lasts, how quietly it operates, and how efficiently it moves air over years of continuous use.
Allure Ceiling Fans
Allure 72 fans have 5 blades, is 72” diameter and comes in your choice of white or black. Also available is the Allure 60 which is 60” diameter. Fans include a dimmable light and easy to use remote control.
These ceiling fans can be installed in many different spaces, such as living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, and wet locations such as a patio or lanai. Light commercial applications include restaurants, offices, hotels, and resorts.

Smart Control Panel
Control your ceiling fan with this Envira-North TouchAIR fan control WA300X8000! This control works in conjunction with your ZoneAIR fan control (sold separately) to operate Envira-North Altra-Air Sailfin ceiling fans (sold separately). It features a touch pad control for easy-to-use, intuitive operation, and it allows for individual or group fan controlling. Built to control up to 20 fans, this unit allows you to operate all the fans in your facility in one convenient location. It also allows for remote diagnostics to keep your fans working in optimal condition.

Choosing the Correct Size
The size of the ceiling fan you need depends on the square footage of the space. A smaller bedroom or kitchen ceiling fan typically calls for a blade span of 42 to 52 inches. A large open living room or great room calls for a blade span of 72 inches or more. Getting this wrong means either underwhelming air circulation or a fan that visually overwhelms the space.

-
Ceiling Height: Ensure adequate clearance below the ceiling. High-volume low-speed fans require open vertical space to pull and push air efficiently.
-
Diameter Selection: Measure the open span of the area where you need airflow. Jazz fans cover compact commercial zones up to 10 feet across in actual blade span, creating a broad breeze zone below.
-
Tip-to-Tip Blade Measurement: If measuring an existing unit, measure straight across the center of the hub from the tip of one blade to the tip of the opposite blade to confirm the exact model diameter (7', 8', 9', or 10').

Integrated LED Lighting
There is nothing worse than having a fan with cheap lighting components that burn out 18' -30' in the ceiling. Our product utilizes high end Nichia Led's, high quality inverter / driver, and a composite lens that will not yellow within 12-24 months. 6-10K Lumens, 3-5K color temperature.
Barns, Arena's, Large Opens Areas
Altra-Air Sailfin Fan / Gearless.

Effective choice for horse barns due to its gearless direct drive system, ultra-low operating noise, and large-scale temperature regulation capabilities. By removing the traditional gearbox, these fans eliminate the risk of oil leaks over your horses, drastically cut down on maintenance, and prevent dramatic temperature swings that disrupt livestock production and health.

Key Benefits for Horse Barns
-
Silent Operation: Horses are easily startled by mechanical clatter. The gearless direct drive design drops the decibel output significantly (as low as 45 dBA to 63.4 dBA depending on size), ensuring a peaceful stable environment.
-
No Oil Contamination Risk: Traditional HVLS fans require annual gear reducer oil checks. The gearless direct-drive system has no gear oil, eliminating any possibility of oil dripping down into horse stalls, feed, or bedding.Natural Bird Deterrent & Pest Control: The massive, slow-moving blades create a continuous, non-disruptive 6 MPH downward column of breeze. This constant airflow disrupts the flight paths of mosquitoes, flies, and birds, keeping them away from your horses.
-
Abrupt Temperature Management: Livestock adapts well to steady temperatures but struggles with rapid spikes. The Sailfin's massive air displacement moderates temperature swings, keeping horses cool in summer and destratifying air to keep them warm in winter

Why Fans?
Luxury ceiling fans are no longer just utilitarian appliances; they are essential design elements that blend high-end aesthetics with premium comfort.

Here is why top interior designers consider them vital in luxury home curation.
🌟 Architectural Statements
-
Visual anchors: They draw the eye upward and define large, open spaces.
-
Sculptural art: Fluid, organic blade shapes double as ceiling sculptures.
-
Premium materials: Built with real hardwoods, marine-grade metals, and hand-stitched leather.
-
Custom finishes: Tailored options like brushed brass, matte black, and polished chrome match bespoke hardware.
💨 Advanced Engineering & Comfort
-
Whisper-quiet motors: High-end DC motors provide powerful airflow without any mechanical hum.
-
Wobble-free performance: Precision balancing ensures perfectly smooth operation at high speeds.
-
Superior efficiency: Advanced motors use up to 70% less energy than standard AC models.
-
Micro-breezes: Precision speed controls create gentle, natural air movement rather than harsh drafts.

🔌 Seamless Smart Home Integration
-
Ecosystem connectivity: Automation links seamlessly with Control4, Crestron, and Lutron systems.
-
Climate automation: Smart sensors adjust fan speed based on room temperature and humidity.
-
Voice activation: Hands-free control via Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, or Google Assistant.
-
Custom schedules: Fans activate automatically during peak heat hours to reduce HVAC strain.
How Big Fans Cut Costs

-
The Wind Chill Effect: Fans do not lower room temperature; they cool people. Moving air speeds up sweat evaporation, making you feel up to 4°F to 7°F cooler.
-
Thermostat Adjustments: Because you feel cooler, you can raise your AC thermostat. Raising it by just 4°F can lower cooling costs by up to 30%.
-
Commercial HVLS Efficiency: In warehouses and large commercial buildings, giant HVLS fans reduce overall cooling bills by 15% to 40%.
-
Year-Round Destratification: In winter, running big fans clockwise at a low speed pushes trapped hot air down from the ceiling. This redistributes heat evenly and lowers heating bills by 15% or more.
