We are people just like you that have a curious nature to explore, discover, create and learn things about the world that we did not know yesterday. Our founders James Saxon and Ray Phillips set out to create a business model where all the members involved win and have the opportunity to provide and achieve at a high level. A company is only as good as the "Value" its people and its partners deliver.

Meet the Team

James Saxon

President

James is the Co-Founder and President of Barndolivin.com. He attended San Jose State University and earned his bachelor's degree from California State East Bay. He had a 8 year career in the National Football League as a player after being drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in 1988. James was a fullback throughout his playing career and then went on to coach running backs in the NFL for 23 years for various teams. His career showcased his people management skills as multiple players he coached went on to have MVP, All-Pro, Pro Bowl and all-time career achievements. Now retired from coaching, James is exploring new adventures in business as he wants to continue to assist his company to team up with partners to share their industry leading brands. James provides direction in managing our partner relationships and the flow of information within Barndolivin.com. James will also spearhead our initiative to support charities that support our Veterans and ASPCA type organizations.

Ray Phillips

CEO

Ray is the Co-Founder and CEO of Barndolivin.com. He attended W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University where he achieved a Bachelor of Science in Marketing in 1993. In 2010, Ray achieved a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Indiana Tech with honors while he was serving as a industrial, government, and healthcare account manager for Hilti Corporation.
